Unless there is a valid reason, all our pre owned watches, especially our Rolex watches, will be complete with their original boxes, papers, manuals and hang tags. All our watches visibly and mechanically inspected prior to going on sale to ensure they are in the best possible condition and include a 24 month warranty. Our watches also include free UK delivery and 14 day returns/exchange policy should the watch not be to your liking on arrival. Purchasing one of our pre owned or vintage watches couldn’t be easier. Online payment options include paying safely and securely with your debit/credit card or PayPal account. We also offer our customers the facility to pay via ApplePay, GooglePay, American Express, Cryptocurrency including BitCoin and Etherium and to spread the payments over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months with watch finance provided by Klarna.
HOW TO BUY A WATCH
Purchasing your next pre owned watch from Swiss Watch Trader takes just a few clicks. You can purchase any of the pre owned Rolex or second hand Omega watches you see on this website without the need to contact us first but we would love to hear from you if you have any questions. To make a purchase you just need to click on the ADD TO CART button and continue to Checkout. Once there you will need to submit your personal details including your full name, address, contact number and email address then click Continue to Shipping. Select free shipping if in the UK and continue to payment. You will then be given the option of paying with your debit/credit card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency or Klarna. Once you have added your chosen payment method click Pay Now to complete your order. Once payment has been made you will receive an email confirming your order and also notified as soon as your watch is posted. All watches are posted within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature on arrival. Please contact us if you would like to collect after payment or pay on collection. We are also able to process all orders in person with payment via cash, bank transfer, PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.

Each timepiece is closely inspected inside and out, under high magnification, by our experts, who are trained to spot any indication that a watch might be fake, and when the information is available, we will also cross-reference our watches against official brand records.

A multi-stage QC procedure also ensures any problems are flagged and dealt with immediately.

We offer next day delivery service for all watches sent to the UK that are ordered online before 12 o'clock midday. You are also welcome to collect your watch in person. You will just need to contact us to arrange a convenient time. Please don't be offended, but as part of our fraud prevention we may need to confirm your delivery address prior to dispatch. Your order may be delayed if we cannot make contact with you.

Every watch we sell is furnished with a 24-month warranty for your peace of mind, in conjunction with any remaining manufacturer’s warranty. If your watch develops a fault and is still covered by warranty, you can return it to us to be diagnosed by submitting a warranty enquiry. If the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge. Warranty diagnosis takes 5 working days, with the repair time quoted once the diagnosis has been made. If your watch is covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, it will be sent to the manufacturer. A manufacturer report will be provided in 14 working days.

Most watches at Swiss Watch Trader cannot have VAT reclaimed, however there are a few that can. Please ask your sales advisor before purchase for further information.

For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. If you purchase in person, we can offer you an exchange or credit note if your return a watch within 14 days. Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased, with online and telephone purchases retaining the red returns tag. Refunds will be processed after inspection in 5 working days. You can return a watch by post or in person.

Due to the nature of pre-owned watches, strap and bracelet sizes can vary; however, we endeavour to provide watches with an adequate strap and bracelet length to fit the average wrist size. Upon purchase of your watch, we will request your wrist size to determine if your watch will be a comfortable fit. Additional links can be purchased if necessary.
